You can contact the bank by phone on 13 24 84 for an emergency replacement card within 24 hours anywhere in Australia. If you’re overseas, then you will wait just 48 hours for the replacement. With your new card you are covered with the Fraudshield protection guarantee. Any transactions that appear out of the ordinary on your account will be picked up by the bank. You will be contacted immediately, just remember to inform the bank prior to any travel commencement.
The new Citibank Gold Credit Card replaces the Citi Gold Credit Card and to-date there are no changes to the current features or benefits from the card.
Shopping online from overseas merchants is lucrative for customers using their Platinum Credit Card. The rewards are for every $1 spent you’ll receive three Citibank Reward points.=
One of the benefits that are not yet available to Citibank Reward Card holders is the Photocard feature. This is expected in the near future though.
