How does MasterCard-Moments address this? One of the big reasons for the lack of participation in other rewards programs was that customers were just not finding anything to redeem points on. It was very much like giving away valuable coupons on a product that nobody likes. It is as pointless as giving away reward points with nothing to redeem them on (or at least nothing you would like).
To combat this MasterCard-Moments is offering more and better ways to use their points that more closely reflect the gold and platinum cardholders that the banks covet so dearly. Although there are several new ways to redeem your reward points, one of the ways is targeted to the more affluent cardholders.
Of all the benefits of the MasterCard Moments Rewards they are most proud of the concierge and assistant section of the program.This basically works just like it sounds. You are given a personal assistant that will tailor you a travel package to make the most of your rewards, and taking all the work from you. They can set it up to use your rewards to pay for the whole trip, or just a portion of it. They can even help you with holiday travel packages. Once they have gotten your package together all that is left for you to do is review it and sign it. They will even keep track of your rewards and let you know before they expire so you can get the most out of the program.
